Shortlisted Applications

You can shortlist candidates to ensure that you are working with those candidates you are interested in speaking or engaging with. Thus, the candidate meets some, most or all the requirements for the role and have put forward in the process.
The candidate does not receive any notifications that they have been shortlisted for a role and thus communicating with the candidate will be the responsibility of the recruiter.

Refining Shortlisted Applications

All shortlisted applications can be refined using the filters available in the left-hand panel. These include:
• Location
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Disability
• Salary (per month)
• Work Experience
• Age

Select the filters required to drill down to candidates that meet the requirements of the role. From a small pool of profiles, you can to take further steps to ensure that the candidate is best suited. These steps are determined by your recruitment process.

The use of filters and profile view are aimed at improving the time spent on screening candidates for a role.
The available action buttons for shortlisted applications are:
• Decline
• Request CV
• Download CV
Select the checkbox available in the top left corner of the candidate image, or image placeholder, in the candidate profile and select the required action button.
