Refining Declined Applications

All declined applications can be refined using the filters available in the left-hand panel. These include:
• Location
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Disability
• Salary (per month)
• Work Experience
• Age

Select the filters required to drill down to candidates that you wish to view, potentially reconsidering them for the role.
The use of filters and profile view are aimed at improving the time spent on screening candidates for a role.

Once a candidate has been moved to declined they cannot be moved back into applications, or to shortlisted candidates.
For this reason the available action buttons for applications are:
• Request CV
• Download CV

To work with a candidate, select the checkbox available in the top left corner of the candidate image, or image placeholder and use the action button above.
