Settings

On landing you are presented with Customised Emails although using a navigation menu, the recruiter can assess additional settings.
Please note that the landing view differs between Administrators and Standard users as standard users do not have access to profile.

Customised Emails

Each recruiter can customise the templates and therefore content Careers24 sends on their behalf, for:
• Application Received
• Application Rejected
• Candidate Invitation
Any changed made to the template must be saved individually. For example, if I make changed to application received template, I must save changes before navigating to application rejected.

These templates can also be reset to the Careers24 default content by clicking the appropriate button.

Profile

Profile changes will update your account as well as the Careers24 company profile page located in the Companies Hiring directory. This page is only available to the Administrator of the account.

The profile page allows for changes in the following ways:
• Company logo: this image must meet the size requirements of 400 x 200px.
• Basic information: Company name, Address, City, Province/State, Country, Postcode, Telephone, Email and Website. Additionally, client can choose to hide their company information from displaying under the company directory.
• Billing Information: can be copied from the basic information. Includes information such as Company name, Billing Contact, Address, City, Province/State, Country, Postcode, Telephone, Email, Company Registration Number, ID Number, Vat Number. Additionally, the client can choose whether they would like to receive tax invoices (eCommerce clients)
Any changes that are made need to be saved to update.

Notifications

On landing you can control some of the notifications we send including:

• Suggested Candidates: these are not sent individually but rather sent as a digest of the available suggested candidates.
• New Applications: should you choose to not receive these emails individually, you will still receive a weekly summary
• Feature Announcements: allows the product and marketing team to inform you of changes that are made to Careers24 recruiter platform.

Change Password

This allows you to manage the security of your account by changing your password as and when required.
