When to use AND and OR
When running a search, be aware that both And and OR yield different results.
By using AND within search, the query is understood that all the terms need to be present in each profile. Therefore, when looking for similar job titles rather use OR operators.
How to exclude, or use NOT
In order to exclude certain criteria from your search result, specify NOT before the term.
For example, to exclude "account manage" from the search, please enter terms as per below:
